EBC DB603/4 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 4-Piece

The EBC DB603/4 is a premium 4-piece rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. These high-strength fasteners are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of brake system applications.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM A324BD compliant)
• Pre-applied threadlock compound ensures bolts remain securely tightened during operation
• Each set includes four bolts—one per rotor mounting hole
• Direct replacement for OEM rotor mounting hardware

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face and remove all corrosion and dirt to ensure the rotor sits flat against the hub
• Spin the wheel in the axle or fork leg to verify it runs true without runout
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, recheck hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole, and reinstall
• Apply fresh threadlock if removing and reinstalling bolts, as the pre-applied compound will be partially degraded after initial use
• Always torque to manufacturer specifications as listed in your vehicle's owner's manual

Regular inspection and replacement of rotor bolts is an important maintenance practice that ensures optimal brake performance and safety.
