Product Details

The EBC DB302/4 is a premium 4-piece rotor bolt set designed for secure brake disc mounting. These high-quality replacement bolts are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, ensuring reliable performance and safety.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD)
  • Pre-applied thread lock compound to prevent loosening under vibration and heat
  • 4-piece set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged OEM rotor bolts

Installation Tips:

  • Thoroughly clean the hub mounting surface, removing all corrosion and debris to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
  • Spin the wheel after installation to verify true rotation with no wobble or runout
  • If runout is detected, remove bolts, recheck hub cleanliness, rotate the rotor one bolt hole position, and reinstall
  • Apply fresh thread lock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the factory-applied compound will be partially degraded
  • Torque bolts to manufacturer's specifications as listed in your vehicle's service manual

Regular inspection and replacement of rotor bolts is essential for maintaining optimal braking performance and safety. Replace these critical fasteners whenever installing new rotors or if existing bolts show signs of wear, stripping, or corrosion.

very happy with service

Great price - fast shipping ! Will definitely use boatplicity again!

I received a 20 % off my next order email after my first purchase. I went to use it on my second purchase and could not find it. I called customer service, but they could not locate it either. Associate gave me $15.00 off a 211.00 purchase which was nice but not the $41.00 I would have received with 20% off. Still a good value. Thanks

Great deals

Excellent service good prices thanks
