EBC DB303/5 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 5 Piece

The EBC DB303/5 is a 5-piece high-tensile rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Each set includes one bolt per rotor mounting hole, providing a complete replacement solution for worn or damaged hardware.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain tight during operation
• High-tensile construction provides superior clamping force and reliability
• 5-piece set includes one bolt per rotor hole

Installation Tips:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face and remove all corrosion and debris before installation to ensure the rotor sits completely flat
• Spin the wheel in the axle to verify it runs true without runout
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, re-clean the hub, rotate the rotor one bolt hole, and reinstall
• Apply fresh thread lock compound if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the pre-applied compound will be partially degraded
• Consult your owner's manual for proper torque specifications

EBC rotor bolts provide the quality hardware needed for safe, reliable brake system performance and maintenance.
