EBC DB302/3 High Tensile Rotor Bolt Set - 3-Piece

The EBC DB302/3 is a high-tensile rotor bolt set designed for secure brake rotor mounting on motorcycles and powersports vehicles. This 3-piece set provides one bolt per rotor mounting hole, ensuring proper rotor attachment to the wheel hub.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 10.9 grade medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered for maximum strength (SAE J429/ASTM 324BD specification)
• Pre-applied thread lock compound ensures bolts remain secure during operation
• High-tensile construction resists loosening under extreme braking conditions
• Precision-engineered threads for accurate torque application

Installation Notes:

• Thoroughly clean the hub mounting face and remove all corrosion and dirt before installing rotors to ensure flat, true mounting
• Spin the wheel after installation to verify the rotor runs true with no runout
• If runout is detected, remove bolts, recheck hub cleanliness, and rotate the rotor one bolt hole position before reinstalling
• Apply fresh thread lock if bolts are removed after initial installation, as the factory-applied thread lock will be partially degraded
• Consult your vehicle's owner manual for proper torque specifications

EBC rotor bolts are essential hardware for maintaining brake system integrity and preventing rotor detachment during aggressive riding or racing conditions.
