Burnham 8116323 6" Automatic Vent Damper for Gas Boilers

The Burnham 8116323 is a 6-inch automatic vent damper designed to increase the efficiency of gas-fired boiler heating systems. This genuine Burnham replacement part is specifically engineered for use with Burnham 205, 206, IN5, and IN6 series gas boilers.

Key Features:

• 6-inch diameter automatic vent damper (Model GVD-6BN)
• Aluminum base construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Includes 8136290 wiring harness and loose knockout
• Automatic operation - opens and closes to regulate airflow
• Heat-sensing technology controls draft automatically

How It Works:

This automatic vent damper senses heat from the boiler and closes when the unit is off, preventing heat loss through the chimney. By controlling the draft in your heating system, it optimizes combustion efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and lowers operating costs. The damper automatically opens when the boiler fires and closes when the heating cycle completes.

Applications:

Compatible with Burnham Series 2B gas-fired boilers including models 205, 206, IN5, and IN6. Ideal for improving energy efficiency and preventing backdrafting in residential and commercial heating applications.
