Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110125 ASME Safety Relief Valve 3/4" NPT 75 PSI 1,615,000 BTU

The Bell & Gossett 110125 (Model 790-75) is an ASME-certified brass safety relief valve designed to protect fired and unfired hot water pressure vessels against hazardous over-pressure conditions. This diaphragm-assisted bronze valve is specifically engineered for heating boilers and hot water systems, featuring a 75 PSI relief setting and an exceptional 1,615,000 BTU/hr capacity rating.

Key Features:

• 3/4" NPT male inlet and 3/4" female outlet connections in angle pattern configuration
• Brass body construction with EPDM diaphragm and seat for superior chemical resistance
• Maximum working pressure of 125 PSIG with maximum operating temperature of 250°F
• Diaphragm-assisted design with effective area approximately 5 times greater than conventional pop-type relief valves to overcome fouling
• Unique failsafe disc maintains safety relief function even in the event of diaphragm rupture
• Low differential between opening and closing pressures prevents water flash-to-steam and system hammering
• Compact dimensions: 2-9/16" length x 4-9/16" height

Engineered in accordance with Section IV of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, this valve is designed, manufactured, tested, and labeled to meet strict safety standards. Capacities are certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. The Model 790 series offers the highest BTU/hr ratings available in its class, making it ideal for matching specific boiler output requirements in commercial and residential hydronic heating applications.
