Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110121 Safety Relief Valve 3/4" NPT 30 PSI Bronze ASME

The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 110121 is a 790-30 Series ASME Safety Relief Valve featuring a 3/4 inch NPT connection, 30 PSI pressure rating, and 250°F maximum temperature rating. This valve is rated for 790,000 BTU/h capacity, making it ideal for protecting heating boilers and hot water systems from dangerous overpressure conditions.

Key Features:

• Bronze body construction with EPDM seat for reliable performance
• Unique fail-safe disc design maintains safety relief function even if the diaphragm ruptures
• EPDM diaphragm-assisted operation with effective area approximately 5 times greater than conventional "pop-type" relief valves to help overcome fouling effects
• Low differential between opening and closing pressures prevents water from flashing to steam and causing system hammering
• Compact dimensions: 2-9/16 inches length x 4-9/16 inches height

Bell & Gossett ASME safety relief valves are engineered in accordance with Section IV of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code for heating boilers, with capacities certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. These diaphragm-assist operated bronze valves are designed to protect fired and unfired hot water pressure vessels against overpressure conditions.
