Very easy to use website and extremely easy ordering

That was great service. It was a large order that came by truck freight. I order on the 8/1, which was a Sunday and took delivery on Wed. outstanding. Meanwhile the USB cable that I ordered on the same day from a different company still hasn't been delivered on Sat. 8/8.

Great product except both deadbolts were shipped with entry type ramped striker plates instead of deadbolt latch plates leaving me with an incomplete installation which is not secure.
