Vibrant 2871 180 Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend 4" OD Polished

The Vibrant Performance 2871 is a precision-engineered 180-degree aluminum mandrel bend designed for high-performance exhaust and intake systems. This polished aluminum U-bend features a 4-inch outside diameter and provides smooth, unrestricted airflow for custom piping applications.

Key Features:

• 180-degree mandrel bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout the bend
• 4-inch outside diameter for universal fitment in performance applications
• High-quality T6061 aluminum alloy construction for strength and light weight
• Polished finish provides a professional appearance and corrosion resistance
• Ideal for custom exhaust systems, cold air intakes, and intercooler piping
• Precision bent for smooth flow characteristics and reduced turbulence

Vibrant Performance aluminum bends are manufactured using mandrel bending techniques that prevent tube collapse and maintain the full diameter through the radius. The polished finish can be welded as-is or further polished for show-quality builds. Perfect for fabricators building custom turbo systems, exhaust systems, or intake plumbing where a tight 180-degree turn is required.
