Vibrant 2240 3.25" 90 Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend - Polished

The Vibrant Performance 2240 is a precision-engineered 90-degree aluminum mandrel bend designed for custom exhaust and intake piping systems. Featuring a 3.25-inch outer diameter and polished finish, this bend provides smooth airflow transitions while adding a professional appearance to your build.

Key Features:

• 90-degree bend angle for tight routing applications
• 3.25-inch outer diameter tubing
• Mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout the bend
• High-quality T6061 aluminum alloy construction for strength and light weight
• Polished finish provides corrosion resistance and show-quality appearance
• Ideal for turbo systems, intercooler piping, intake tubes, and custom exhaust fabrication

Vibrant Performance aluminum bends are constructed using mandrel bending techniques that prevent the tubing from collapsing or crimping during the bending process, ensuring maximum flow efficiency. The polished surface is ready to weld and can be combined with straight tubes, couplers, and other bends to create custom piping solutions for automotive, marine, and powersports applications.
