Vibrant 2946 90 Degree Aluminum Mandrel Bend 4.5" O.D. Polished

The Vibrant Performance 2946 is a precision-engineered 90-degree aluminum mandrel bend designed for custom exhaust and intake fabrication. Constructed from high-quality T6061 aluminum with a polished finish, this 4.5-inch outer diameter bend provides a smooth, unrestricted flow path for performance applications.

Key Features:

• 90-degree bend angle for tight routing in engine bays
• 4.5-inch outer diameter tubing
• Mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout the bend
• T6061 aluminum alloy construction for strength and light weight
• Polished finish for a professional, show-quality appearance
• Ideal for turbo piping, intercooler plumbing, and custom intake systems

Mandrel bending ensures the tubing maintains its full diameter through the curve, eliminating restrictions and turbulence that can reduce performance. The polished surface can be left as-is for a clean look or used as a base for powder coating or custom finishes. Compatible with standard TIG welding techniques for permanent installations or can be used with silicone couplers for modular setups.
