The picture showed the bouy with hardware installed, At the end of the description it said in fine print hardware not included. My fault for not reading it completely but photo was not accurate. Instructions for connecting to chain were helpful.

Everything was handled in a timely manner. My only gripe is that I wish I had received a confirmation email with a tracking number. I was waiting for it, and then the package just showed up one day. No worries though, as everything came out great. Thank you
