The Kolbenschmidt 021-105-707-A is a precision-engineered connecting rod bearing set designed for Porsche 914 and Volkswagen Type 4 engines. This high-quality bearing set is manufactured in Germany by Kolbenschmidt, a trusted name in engine components with decades of experience in automotive bearing technology.

Key Features:

• Oversize dimension: +0.25mm (0.010 inch) for engines requiring oversized bearings
• Compatible with 1.7L and 1.8L air-cooled engines
• German engineering and manufacturing ensures precise tolerances and durability
• Complete bearing set for connecting rod rebuild or repair
• OEM-quality replacement for original equipment bearings

This rod bearing set is essential for engine rebuilds where crankshaft journals have been machined oversize. The 0.25mm oversize compensates for material removed during crankshaft grinding, restoring proper bearing clearances.
