Product Details

The Febi 11-61-7-544-806 is an intake manifold adjusting unit, commonly known as a DISA (Differenzierte Sauganlage or Differentiated Intake System) valve. This critical engine component optimizes airflow by adjusting the effective length of the intake manifold runners to improve performance across varying engine speeds.

Key Features:

  • Variable intake runner technology for enhanced torque and performance
  • Direct replacement for BMW OEM part number 11617544806
  • Restores proper engine operation and eliminates fault codes
  • Quality aftermarket construction by Febi Bilstein
  • Also known as Febi part number 46425

The DISA valve incorporates a flap mechanism that opens and closes in response to engine control module inputs, optimizing airflow for both high and low RPM operation. When this component fails, it can lead to rough idle conditions, loss of power, and illuminated check engine lights. This Febi replacement unit restores proper intake manifold function and engine performance.

Specifications:

  • Manufacturer: Febi Bilstein
  • Part Number: 11-61-7-544-806
  • OEM Reference: 11617544806
  • Febi Part Number: 46425
