Febi Intake Manifold Adjusting Unit DISA Valve

The Febi intake manifold adjusting unit, also called a DISA valve or intake manifold flap actuator, controls the airflow path inside a variable-length intake manifold. It helps the engine produce good torque at low RPM and good power at high RPM. It also supports smooth running and efficient fuel use.

Key Features:

• Adjusts the intake manifold runner length or flap position according to engine load and speed
• Helps maintain smooth idle, throttle response and drivability
• Made as a direct replacement for a worn or failed original unit
• Febi is a Bilstein group brand, and its parts are made to meet or exceed OE requirements
• Tested for durability under heat, vibration and the constant cycling found in engine bays

A failing adjusting unit can cause a check engine light, rough idle, reduced power or poor fuel economy. Replacing it restores correct manifold operation. Choose the individual part number listed under this product line for your application.
