The Gates G20300-1620 (16GS-20FL) is a GlobalSpiral hydraulic coupling specially engineered to provide superior performance for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. This Code 61 O-ring flange fitting features zinc-plated carbon steel construction with a 1-inch hose ID connection and 1-1/4 inch flange size.

Key Features:

  • No-skive design eliminates the need for skiving equipment while reducing labor, assembly time, odors, contamination from dust, and assembly errors
  • Compatible with all Gates MegaSys four- and six-spiral wire hose up to 6,000 psi
  • Can be crimped on Gates wire-braid hoses when used with 2-wire ferrules
  • Maximum working pressure: 4,000 psi for -20FL size
  • Straight tube configuration with Code 61 O-ring flange connection

This two-piece coupling design reduces fabrication errors and fluid power system contamination while providing reliable performance in demanding hydraulic applications across industrial, construction, agricultural, and mobile equipment systems.
