Gates GlobalSpiral Hydraulic Hose Fitting Code 61 O-Ring Flange

The Gates GlobalSpiral Code 61 O-Ring Flange hydraulic hose fitting (coupling) is made for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. It is a crimp-style flange connection used on construction equipment, industrial machinery, and other heavy-duty fluid power systems.

Key Features:

• Two-piece, no-skive design cuts assembly time, labor, fabrication errors, and contamination of the fluid power system
• "Bite-the-wire" crimp improves coupling retention
• Tested to an industry-leading 1,000,000 impulse cycles
• Temperature capability up to +250°F for longer assembly life
• Steel construction with environmentally friendly TuffCoat plating, rated by Gates at 347 percent better corrosion resistance than the SAE standard
• Made for use with Gates MegaSys four- and six-spiral wire hydraulic hose
• Code 61 O-ring flange end for a leak-resistant, SAE-style flange connection

Gates GlobalSpiral couplings are sold individually by part number. Choose the hose size that matches your assembly. Gates sells the O-rings separately as accessories. These couplings are designed to be crimped with the correct Gates crimp equipment, so follow Gates crimp specifications when building assemblies.
