Product Details

The Mikuni BS30/96-55 is a precision pilot jet designed for Mikuni BS30/96 series carburetors. This bleed-type pilot jet controls the fuel flow at idle and low throttle positions, making it essential for proper carburetor tuning and engine performance.

Key Features:

  • Bleed-type design for precise fuel metering at low RPM
  • Size 55 jet orifice for specific fuel delivery requirements
  • Direct replacement for Mikuni BS30/96 series carburetors
  • Precision-manufactured brass construction for durability and accuracy
  • Critical component for idle mixture and throttle response tuning

Pilot jets are wear items that should be replaced when damaged or when re-jetting your carburetor for performance modifications, altitude changes, or air filter upgrades. Proper pilot jet selection ensures smooth idle, clean throttle response, and optimal fuel economy.

Good products for good prices

Could not find the part I was looking for at any other 4x4 website. Found it here and it was cheaper than almost every other place. Since I saved some I went ahead and paid the extra for 2-day shipping and still came out on top price wise. Definitely will be checking here again for parts for my Jeep!
