Product Details

The Mikuni BS30/96-35 is a precision-engineered pilot jet designed for BS30/96 series carburetors. This bleed-type jet controls the fuel flow during idle and low-throttle operation, playing a critical role in engine performance and smooth acceleration.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Mikuni replacement pilot jet for BS30/96 carburetors
  • Bleed-type design for precise fuel metering at idle and low speeds
  • Jet size 35 for accurate fuel delivery calibration
  • Precision-drilled brass construction ensures consistent flow rates
  • Direct OEM replacement for tuning and maintenance applications

Pilot jets are essential tuning components that affect idle quality, throttle response, and low-end performance. The 35 designation indicates the orifice size, allowing technicians to fine-tune fuel mixture for optimal engine operation across varying conditions and altitudes.
