Wiseco Pistons PK1097 Piston Kit Yamaha Blaster - 68mm YFS200

The Wiseco PK1097 is a complete 68.00mm bore 2-stroke piston kit engineered specifically for 1988-2006 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster ATVs. This performance piston kit includes a forged piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and top-end gasket kit for a complete rebuild solution.

Why Forged Pistons Matter:

Wiseco manufactures all pistons in-house using American-made forging processes that create superior strength compared to cast alternatives. The forging process compresses and aligns the metal grain structure to match the piston's contours, resulting in exceptional impact resistance, fatigue strength, and durability under high-stress conditions. While cast pistons are brittle and prone to catastrophic failure when limits are exceeded, forged pistons flex and absorb punishment that racing and performance applications demand.

Key Features:

• 68.00mm bore diameter for stock or performance applications
• Complete kit includes piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and top-end gaskets
• Forged aluminum construction for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
• Optimized skirt coating for reduced friction and increased longevity
• Precision-machined ring grooves for superior seal and compression
• Designed and manufactured in the USA with in-house forge tooling
• Backed by Wiseco's rigorous dyno testing and R&D development

Application:
