Why Choose Forged Pistons:

Wiseco's forged pistons offer significant advantages over cast alternatives. The forging process creates a condensed, aligned grain structure that provides superior toughness and resistance to the extreme conditions of motorsport applications. While cast pistons are brittle and prone to catastrophic failure under stress, Wiseco's forgings deliver consistent performance and durability even under demanding riding conditions.

Manufacturing Excellence:

Every Wiseco piston is forged and manufactured in-house at their USA facility, allowing complete control over quality from raw material to finished product. This vertical integration, combined with extensive dyno testing and research, enables Wiseco to develop cutting-edge piston technology and respond quickly to market needs.
