Product Details

The Daystar KF04050KV Body Cab Mount provides a durable polyurethane upgrade to replace worn factory rubber body mounts. While suspension upgrades often get the most attention, body and cab mounts play a critical role in maintaining proper alignment between the chassis and body while isolating noise and vibration from the cabin.

Why Upgrade Your Body Mounts:

  • Factory rubber mounts deteriorate over time from exposure to vehicle fluids, road grime, and the elements
  • Worn mounts allow excessive body movement, increasing body roll and causing alignment issues
  • Degraded mounts can create problems with shift linkage and other components that connect the body to the chassis
  • Original mounts become less effective at dampening noise and vibration as they age

Polyurethane Performance Advantages:

  • Engineered from a specialized polyurethane blend that resists vehicle fluids and road debris
  • Significantly outlasts factory rubber mounts in durability and performance
  • Maintains superior holding power to prevent body shift on the frame
  • Provides effective cab insulation while delivering more positive frame attachment
  • Precision-engineered as a direct replacement for factory mounts with no modifications required

This body mount kit is ideal for replacing deteriorated stock mounts on daily drivers, trucks with heavy use, and racing applications where consistent body-to-frame alignment is critical. Please refer to the product specifications to confirm if replacement hardware is included with this kit.

Best price for an expired item around, though more options in shipping would be appreciated. Ordered saturday night and item shipped tuesday morning, saved about 30% off of the originally planned purchase price. Definitely will use them again in the future.
