Daystar Polyurethane Body & Cab Mount Bushing Kit

Daystar Polyurethane Body and Cab Mount Bushing Kits are a proven upgrade over factory rubber body mounts, delivering superior durability, restored body-to-frame alignment, and long-lasting resistance to the elements that destroy OEM rubber over time. As a recognized specialist in cast polyurethane components for the automotive industry, Daystar engineers each vehicle-specific kit as a precise drop-in replacement requiring no cutting, trimming, or modifications.

Why OEM Rubber Mounts Fail:

• Factory rubber bushings flex and deform under load, gradually crushing and losing their shape over time
• Exposure to motor fluids, road salt, UV rays, and road grime accelerates rubber deterioration
• Worn mounts allow body sag, misaligned doors and hoods, and increased cabin noise and vibration
• Failed mounts can cause the body to shift on the frame, increasing body roll and reducing handling precision
• Worn bushings can create problems with components that attach to both the body and chassis, such as mechanical shift linkages

Daystar Polyurethane Advantages:

• Superior Material Performance: Proprietary polyurethane blend provides higher load-bearing capacity, unlimited tear resistance, and superior compression set compared to rubber
• Chemical & Environmental Resistance: Resistant to petroleum-based fluids, road grime, road salt, and UV rays that destroy OEM rubber
• Lasting Body-to-Frame Alignment: Maintains proper cab and body position over the full service life of the vehicle
• Direct OEM Replacement: Precision-engineered as drop-in replacements—no cutting, trimming, or modifications required
• Noise & Vibration Reduction: Special polyurethane blend helps insulate the cabin from chassis noise and vibration while maintaining superior holding power
• Broad Application Range: Suitable for daily driving, towing, off-road use, and racing applications
• Made in the USA: Manufactured domestically with ISO 9001-certified quality processes in place since 2000

Available Kit Configurations:

Daystar offers multiple kit configurations across this product line to match specific vehicle applications and usage requirements. Select kits include OE-style replacement hardware, sleeves, and bolts; others are engineered to reuse existing factory hardware. Some variants feature a Kevlar-infused polyurethane blend for enhanced strength and durability under heavy towing or extreme-duty conditions, while standard polyurethane variants are well suited for daily driving and moderate loads. Each kit is vehicle-specific and engineered for precise fitment.

Daystar GoEverywhere Lifetime Limited Warranty:

Every Daystar Body and Cab Mount kit is backed by the Daystar GoEverywhere Lifetime Limited Warranty, covering the product against defects in materials and workmanship. With less than 1.5% warranty claim rates across the entire product line, these mounts are engineered to simply outlast the rubber they replace.
