Product Details

The Power Stop KC1485 Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Kit is a complete, bolt-on brake upgrade engineered for daily drivers who demand more than stock performance. This all-inclusive kit bundles perfectly matched components into a single package — no guesswork, no sourcing individual parts.

What's Included:

  • Z23 Evolution Sport Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pads (front)
  • Drilled & Slotted performance rotors (front)
  • Red powder-coated remanufactured calipers — professionally assembled, inspected, and pressure tested
  • Premium stainless steel installation hardware kit
  • High-temperature ceramic brake lubricant

Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads:

  • Carbon-fiber infused ceramic compound delivers significantly enhanced braking performance over traditional ceramic pads
  • Low-dust formula validated through third-party on-vehicle testing — averaging 30% less dust versus OE
  • Dual-layer high-temp rubberized shims insulate against noise for virtually silent braking
  • Chamfered and slotted pad design further reduces noise and vibration

Drilled & Slotted Rotors:

  • Cast from G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances for a true bolt-on fit — no modifications required
  • Precision drill holes maximize rotor cooling to manage brake temperatures during demanding use
  • Rounded slots sweep away gas and debris, maintaining consistent rotor-to-pad contact for smooth, confident stops
  • Silver Zinc Dichromate plating provides long-lasting rust and corrosion resistance

Powder-Coated Calipers:

  • Striking red powder coat finish provides superior corrosion resistance and an aggressive look behind any wheel
  • Each caliper is professionally assembled, inspected, and pressure tested at Power Stop's Chicago, IL facility

All components in the KC1485 kit are custom-matched and engineered to work together, delivering a noticeable upgrade in braking power, reduced brake dust, and quieter operation compared to factory brakes. A caliper core deposit may be required at time of purchase; cores must be returned within 30 days for full credit.

I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. Their work ethics and customer service is top notch and I am very grateful for my renewed trust that there is more than just big box, fast food companies out there. Thank you again!!
