Product Details

The Vibrant Performance 2890 is a premium 45-degree aluminum mandrel bend designed for custom fabrication of intercooler piping, air intake systems, and turbo plumbing. This 3.5-inch outside diameter bend is constructed from high-quality T6061 aluminum with a 1.5mm wall thickness, providing an excellent balance of strength and lightweight performance.

Key Features:

  • T6061 aluminum construction with 1.5mm (16-gauge) wall thickness
  • 45-degree bend angle for versatile routing options
  • 3.5-inch outside diameter tubing
  • Mirror-polished finish for a show-quality appearance
  • Mandrel-bent design maintains consistent inner diameter throughout the bend
  • TIG weldable for permanent custom installations
  • Universal fit for custom fabrication projects

Vibrant Performance aluminum bends are ideal for building custom turbo systems, intercooler pipe kits, and cold air intakes. The mandrel-bending process ensures smooth airflow without restriction, while the polished finish resists corrosion and provides a professional appearance under the hood. Each bend is precision-manufactured to ensure consistent fitment when combined with other Vibrant aluminum tubing components.

I'm not going to comment on a part until I've got it installed and road tested. Delivery is too soon for this survey. You should wait a week before sending.

Really good prices and fast delivery.

This was my first time using autoplicity and I was very happy with their service. Great prices and fast shipping.

Prices are great on this site. The layout and checkout process are easy to use; Google checkout is definitely a plus. Shipping could be a little faster, especially if they had drop ships from their supplies for items not currently in stock. Overall good service and no problems.

Technical information was available that was needed to make purchase. Good price, parts in stock. Website easy to use.
