Vibrant 2891 90 Degree Aluminum Bend 3.5" O.D. Polished

The Vibrant 2891 is a precision-engineered 90-degree aluminum elbow designed for custom intercooler piping, intake manifolds, and turbo installations. This polished mandrel bend features a 3.5-inch outer diameter and maintains consistent wall thickness throughout the curve for optimal airflow characteristics.

Key Features:

• Constructed from T6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with 1.5mm wall thickness for strength and durability
• Mandrel-bent construction eliminates internal wrinkles and maintains smooth interior for unrestricted flow
• High luster polished finish provides a show-quality appearance
• TIG weldable for permanent installations and custom fabrication projects
• Universal design works with any forced induction or naturally aspirated application

Ideal for fabricating custom intercooler pipe assemblies, cold air intake systems, turbo piping, and exhaust applications. The polished aluminum construction resists corrosion while providing excellent heat dissipation properties. Each bend is precision-manufactured to ensure consistent fitment with silicone couplers and other 3.5-inch aluminum tubing components.
