Product Details

The Crown Automotive 4885845AA is a direct-fit replacement HVAC blower motor resistor engineered specifically for Jeep vehicles. The blower motor resistor controls the fan speed of your heating and air conditioning system by regulating the electrical current sent to the blower motor. A failed resistor commonly results in the blower only working on certain speed settings — or not at all — making this an essential repair component.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement for the original blower motor resistor
  • Restores full multi-speed blower motor operation (low, medium, and high fan speeds)
  • Manufactured to original equipment specifications for precise fit and function
  • Built with quality materials to withstand under-dash heat cycling and vibration
  • Backed by Crown Automotive's 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty

Crown Automotive is one of the most trusted names in Jeep replacement parts, with over 8,000 parts in their catalog covering Jeep vehicles from 1942 to present — including factory-discontinued components. This resistor installs in the original mounting location and connects to the existing wiring harness without modification.
