Crown Automotive 56001449 Heater Blower Motor

The Crown Automotive 56001449 is a replacement heater blower motor designed for 1978-1986 Jeep CJ-5, CJ-7, and CJ-8 Scrambler models, as well as 1987-1990 Wrangler YJ vehicles. This blower motor is designed and built to OE specifications for easy fitment and reliable service. It works with heater and A/C blower settings to help maintain the desired interior temperature.

Key Features:

• Accepts factory fan or replacement fan assemblies and connects to the original heater box for a tight fit
• OE-spec construction ensures reliable performance and proper operation
• Direct replacement for worn or failed original blower motors
• Restores proper heating and defrost functionality

Important Installation Note: The motor on this unit is larger in diameter than the original, so the opening through the firewall will need to be enlarged to accept a 3-inch diameter motor. A new firewall seal will be required during installation and is not included with this motor. This upgraded motor design provides improved airflow and heating performance compared to the original equipment.

Crown Automotive specializes in quality replacement parts for classic and modern Jeep vehicles, offering parts that meet or exceed OEM standards for fit, function, and durability.
