Product Details

The Cusco Type OS Strut Tower Brace is the most popular chassis reinforcement bar in the Cusco lineup, designed to reduce body flex and improve handling response. This front strut bar features a tubular aluminum oval shaft construction with a high-polish mirror finish that adds both performance and style to your engine bay.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight tubular aluminum oval shaft design for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • High rigidity construction using either pressed ribbed (Type 1) or sectioned (Type 2) design depending on application
  • Signature Cusco blue powder-coated steel end plates for durability and corrosion resistance
  • High-polish mirror finish on aluminum bar
  • Reduces chassis flex during cornering and hard driving for improved stability
  • Complete bolt-on installation with all required mounting hardware included
  • Installs in minutes using standard hand tools - no welding or modifications required

By connecting the strut towers and reinforcing the front suspension mounting points, this strut bar helps maintain proper suspension geometry under load, resulting in sharper turn-in response and more predictable handling characteristics. The Type OS design has been engineered specifically for each vehicle application to provide maximum chassis rigidity without compromising functionality.

i found what i was looking for in no time

Very easy way to order parts. Item descriptions didn't state driver/passenger placement. Had to go to manufacture's website to verify part numbers, (at least for my model vehicle). Still much easier than dealing with the other choices

Had the product I needed at a price that couldn't be beat. The shipping was a little high, but not completely out of line, either, and it was still better than other companies who have even MORE ridiculous shipping rates. Will buy from them in the future if they have what I need.

As competitive as the other online stores. No major savings here. Lets see if you stand behind these products should an issue arise. Very loyal to Rock Auto and I saved about $2 buying from you. Apples to apples I saved $2 WOW !!!

First time I used Amazon Checkout outside of Amazon. Cool feature, making checkout very easy. Very satisfied. Thanks!

Item shipped 5 days after order was placed. Worth the wait for the great price however. Order Number: 18722
