Cusco 114540A Strut Bar Type OS Front Strut Tower Brace

The Cusco 114540A is a Type OS front strut tower brace — the most popular strut bar in the Cusco lineup. Constructed from a tubular aluminum oval shaft with a high-polish finish, it delivers excellent torsional rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum. The result is reduced chassis flex through corners and improved steering response and feel.

Key Features:

• Oval aluminum tube construction — high-gloss polished finish for a clean, premium appearance under the hood
• Two rigidity-enhancing designs — Type 1 features a pressed ribbed shaft; Type 2 features a sectioned shaft. Cusco selects the optimal design for each specific application
• Signature Cusco blue end plates — powder-coated in the brand's iconic blue for a distinctive, race-inspired look
• Bolt-on installation — includes all required mounting hardware; installs in minutes with standard hand tools, no cutting or drilling required

The Cusco Type OS strut bar is a proven choice for enthusiasts looking to enhance chassis stiffness and driving precision. Its combination of lightweight materials, high rigidity, and no-drill installation makes it a go-to upgrade for both street and track use.
