Cusco 222003ALN Radiator Cooling Plate Aluminum - Blue

The Cusco 222003ALN Radiator Cooling Plate is a performance cooling upgrade designed to eliminate the air gap between the top of the radiator and the upper radiator support. Without a cooling plate, air entering the engine bay can escape over the top of the radiator rather than passing through its core — reducing cooling efficiency at the worst possible times.

By sealing this gap, the Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate forces incoming air to flow directly through the radiator fins, maximizing heat transfer and keeping coolant temperatures in check. This is especially beneficial during track days, aggressive driving, and sustained high-speed runs where heat buildup is a common concern.

Key Features:

• Directs airflow through the radiator core rather than over it
• Reduces coolant temperatures under high-performance driving conditions
• Constructed from lightweight aluminum for durability without added weight
• Finished in Cusco signature blue for a clean, motorsport-inspired engine bay appearance
• Simple bolt-on installation using standard hand tools — no cutting or fabrication required
• Improves the overall appearance and organization of the engine bay

The Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate is a straightforward, effective upgrade for performance-oriented drivers looking to improve thermal management and add a touch of JDM style to their engine bay.
