Cusco 673 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate Aluminum Blue

The Cusco 673 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate is a direct solution to a common cooling efficiency problem found on many performance vehicles. A natural gap exists between the top of the radiator core and the upper radiator support, allowing incoming airflow to bypass the radiator fins entirely and escape over the top. This reduces the volume of air actually passing through the radiator, which can contribute to elevated coolant temperatures during track use or sustained high-speed driving.

The Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate seals this gap and redirects airflow directly through the radiator core, maximizing cooling efficiency without any modifications to the cooling system itself. The result is lower, more consistent coolant temperatures under demanding conditions — helping to prevent overheating on track days and spirited road driving alike.

Key Features:

• Directs airflow through the radiator core rather than over the top, improving cooling efficiency
• Constructed from lightweight aluminum for minimal weight penalty
• Finished in signature Cusco blue for a clean, branded engine bay appearance
• Bolt-on installation using standard hand tools — no cutting or drilling required
• Ideal for track use, autocross, and high-speed road driving

The Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate (Part No. 673 003 AL) is a simple, effective upgrade for drivers looking to improve thermal management without extensive modifications.
