Product Details

The Gates A42 Hi-Power II V-Belt is a wrapped, classical A-section power transmission belt engineered for reliable performance in demanding industrial and agricultural applications. With a 1/2" top width and 44" outside circumference, this belt is a direct-fit replacement for standard A-section drives used in HVAC systems, conveyor systems, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, crushers, and more.

Key Features:

  • Flex-Weave™ Cover – Patented single-layer fabric construction provides extended protection for the belt core against oil, dirt, heat, and environmental exposure; also suitable for clutching applications
  • Flex-Bonded Cords – Polyester tensile cords are vulcanized into the belt body for uniform load distribution and superior resistance to bending stress, fatigue, and shock loads without cord deterioration
  • Gates Curves – Optimized cross-section geometry ensures full, even contact with sheave/pulley grooves, promoting uniform loading, reduced wear, and longer belt life
  • V80™ Matching System – Tight manufacturing tolerances allow every A42 belt to be used in matched multi-belt sets without assigning individual match numbers; ideal for higher horsepower multi-belt drives
  • Static Conductive – Meets ISO 1813 static conductivity requirements; approved for use in ATEX-rated environments per Directive 2014/34/EU
  • Oil & Heat Resistant – Composite construction resists oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weathering, and aging; REACH and RoHS 2 compliant
  • Self-Extinguishing EPDM Material – Belt material is engineered to resist self-ignition, even under severe slippage conditions

Specifications:

  • Top Width: 1/2" (0.50")
  • Nominal Thickness: 5/16" (0.31")

Everything was great!

The time recieved and the product was good but the product didn't work with my car as advertised because I ha e such a specific fuel pump relay.

quick and easy

Product was exactly what I ordered. Good transaction

Don't change a thing, its easy to navigate and the prices are great as well...

No problems. Experience was really good. Thanks

Lowest price I could find in the net. It was easy to order. Delivered on time. I'll buy again.

better than a lot of online shopping i've done, make that most online shopping i've done and thanks for the 10% shipping discount

Very detailed list of part fitment. Radiator fits and functions very well. BUT, and this may be no fault of Autoplicity, I received the radiator w/holes punched in the box and some of the cooling fins bent. It wasn't bad enough to warrant a return, thoug

I found it fairly quickly and without much hassle, however i was unsure if it was the part i needed because of lack of details.

Ordered parts for my civic. Great site, lowest prices (trust me I looked) and great service. Will definitely buy again from them.
