The Gates A46 Hi-Power II is a premium classical V-belt engineered for demanding industrial and agricultural power transmission applications. This A-section belt features a 48-inch outside circumference length with a 1/2-inch top width and 5/16-inch thickness, making it suitable for a wide range of machinery including HVAC systems, conveyor systems, air compressors, and agricultural equipment.

Advanced Construction Features:

  • EPDM rubber construction provides excellent resistance to weathering, oils, water, and various solvents
  • Proprietary Flex-Weave cover delivers extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat
  • Vulcanized Flex-bonded tensile cords provide superior resistance to tensile forces, fatigue, and shock loads
  • Arched top design prevents "dishing" and distortion of the tensile section
  • Machined belt edges ensure even sheave groove contact for smoother operation and reduced wear
