Product Details

The Gates 28583 is a durable plastic tee hose connector designed for heater hose and fuel line applications. This universal connector features a 5/32 inch (4mm) outside diameter configuration and is constructed from glass-reinforced nylon for exceptional strength and chemical resistance.

Key Features:

  • Unique single barb design provides superior sealability between single or dual inside diameter hoses
  • Glass-reinforced nylon construction resists coolant additives, gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, and LPG
  • Extreme temperature resistance from -40°F to 480°F (-40°C to 250°C)
  • Built-in bulkheads assure proper insertion depths for secure connections
  • Anti-rotation device prevents hose twisting during installation and operation
  • Working pressure up to 2 MPa (20 kg/cm²)

This tee connector can be combined with Gates straight and elbow connectors to construct almost any hose configuration needed for cooling systems, heater cores, and fuel delivery systems. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

great, and quick thanks to the amazon login option.

please don't ask for feedback

Easy shopping, however the confirmation from the warehouse and then the shipment to my home, took a week. For an overall product purchase it's fine, but if you have your car broken and you are waiting for the part, the waiting time is terrible.

All went well!

Excellent prices. Product was very good quality. I would recommend Autoplicity to others.
