Product Details

The Gates 28634 is a high-quality plastic tee connector designed for heater hose and fuel line applications in automotive and powersports systems. This connector features a 5/8 inch (15.9mm) outside diameter configuration, making it ideal for a wide range of cooling system and fuel line repairs.

Key Features:

  • Unique single barb design provides superior sealing between single or dual inside diameter hoses
  • Glass reinforced nylon construction resists chemicals, gasoline, diesel fuels, oil, and LPG
  • Temperature resistant from -40°F to 480°F (-40°C to 250°C)
  • Anti-rotation device prevents hose twisting during installation and operation
  • Built-in bulkheads ensure proper hose insertion depths for secure connections
  • Working pressure up to 2 MPa (20 kg/cm²)

The tee configuration allows you to construct almost any hose setup when combined with Gates straight and elbow connectors. This connector is built to withstand harsh automotive environments while maintaining reliable, leak-free performance in heater hose, coolant, and fuel line systems.
