Product Details

The ACDelco D1596F is a GM Original Equipment Cruise Control Release Switch designed as a direct-fit replacement for the factory component on compatible GM vehicles. Also functioning as a Torque Converter Clutch Switch, this switch integrates with your vehicle's electronic systems to disengage cruise control when the brake pedal is depressed, helping to maintain safe vehicle operation.

Key Features:

  • GM Original Equipment part — manufactured to GM OE specifications for fit, form, and function
  • Dual-function design: serves as both a cruise control release switch and a torque converter clutch switch
  • Direct drop-in replacement for the original factory component
  • Engineered and tested to meet rigorous GM quality and durability standards
  • Restores proper cruise control system operation

As a genuine ACDelco GM Original Equipment part, the D1596F delivers the same performance, reliability, and service life as the component originally installed at the factory — ensuring your cruise control system functions exactly as intended.

Ordered a set of Bilsteins on Sat. afternoon, and woke up today (monday) with a shiiping order #...Place is awesome, will order/refer..thank you

No problems so far. Reasonable 2 day air costs

Found what I was looking for quick and easy.

Fast, easy and very competitive prices. The customer service was very good with a quick and helpful response. I will shop here again!

Great experience with autoplicity. Fast shipping. Ordered on 5/31 got bed cover on 6/2. Fit truck perfect.

Low price no tax free shipping count me in

so far...so good

Excellent Customer Service, returned an incorrect item immediately and helped me to get the correct one asap.<br><br>Thanks Autoplicity for doing the right thing always!!!

They are defiantly the cheapest place I found to get the part I wanted. The only bad thing is they say shops within 48hrs and it took almost a week to get mine shipped. But the price was worth the wait.

Thanks for the fast processing and great prices!

Autoplicity had the lowest price(s) I could find on the individual item(s), and, even after shipping was added, my order still cost less than it would have at other places with "free shipping." It's also nice that you can use something like Google Checkout instead of having to create an account at Autoplicity to checkout...one less account/password to worry about keeping track of. My order was packed well, arrived safe and sound, and arrived well within the expected time frame.<br><br>Great prices, proper packing, and good turnaround...what more can you ask for?
