Quality-Built 16500 QB Premium Remanufactured Starter

The Quality-Built 16500 is a QB Premium remanufactured starter engineered to meet or exceed original equipment (OE) specifications. Unlike a typical rebuilt starter that may reuse worn components, every part prone to normal wear is replaced with a new component during the remanufacturing process — delivering reliability that a standard rebuild simply cannot match.

Key Features:

• OE-Quality Terminals: High-temperature insulators ensure secure, reliable electrical connections
• 100% New Brushes: Worn brushes are the leading cause of starter failure; all brushes are replaced new for optimum performance and long life
• Precision-Machined Armatures & Commutators: Electronically tested for consistent starting performance
• 100% New Bronze-Sintered Bushings: Copper and bronze-sintered, oil-impregnated armature support bushings for maximum wear resistance
• Remanufactured Solenoid Assembly: Completely disassembled and rebuilt with 100% new copper contacts, new terminal hardware, and high-temperature solenoid caps
• Blasted-Clean Housings: All mounting threads inspected and re-tapped for easy installation and consistent torque
• Aerospace-Quality Lubrication: Drive clutches sealed with aerospace-grade grease for maximum durability
• 100% New Drive Assembly Springs & Covers: Precision-machined drive gears ensure exacting engagement performance
• ISO/TS 16949 Certified Manufacturing: Built using Durability Testing, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Manufacturing principles
