The Clevite CB-1365H is a high-performance H-Series connecting rod bearing set engineered for demanding racing and competition applications. Originally developed for NASCAR-type racing, these bearings deliver the durability and precision required for medium to high RPM engines across all forms of motorsports.

Application Notes:

H-Series bearings are ideal for engines with oversize crankshaft fillets operating in medium to high RPM ranges. Use these bearings when P-Series contact patterns are too narrow—optimal contact should cover 2/3 to 3/4 of the bearing surface. The H-Series offers the best starting point if you're unsure which performance bearing series to choose.

Construction Details:

These rod bearings feature Clevite's proven TriMetal construction: a hardened steel back for strength, an intermediate copper-lead layer for load support, and a thin lead-tin-copper overlay for conformability and embeddability. The reduced overlay thickness specifically addresses the demands of high-performance engines where overlay fatigue can become a concern.

What's Included:

Each set includes two bearing halves (upper and lower) for one connecting rod. For a complete engine rebuild, order one set per cylinder—a 6-cylinder engine requires quantity 6, an 8-cylinder requires quantity 8.
