Clevite CB-1267H H-Series High Performance Rod Bearing Set

The Clevite CB-1267H is an H-Series Performance Rod Bearing Set (connecting rod bearings). H-Series bearings are identified by the letter H in the part number suffix, and were developed primarily for NASCAR-type racing but are suitable for all types of competition engines.

Key Features:

• Medium level of eccentricity with high crush for secure bearing retention
• Hardened steel back and thin overlay on the rod bearings
• Enlarged chamfers for greater crankshaft fillet clearance
• Made without flash plating for better seating
• Built with Clevite quality construction and materials to protect vital engine parts from the harmful effects of friction

Application Guidance:

• Use H-Series bearings with crankshafts that have oversize fillets and where engines run in the medium to high RPM range.
• H-Series bearings are a good choice if the contact patterns obtained with P-Series parts are too narrow. Contact patterns should ideally cover 2/3 to 3/4 of the bearing surface.
• If you are not sure which type of performance bearing to start with, the H-Series bearing is the best starting choice.

Clevite bearings are sold as paired sets (two bearings, for one rod) unless otherwise noted. For a 6 cylinder engine, order quantity 6.
