Product Details

The Dorman 785-071 is a square head pipe plug designed for reliable sealing of 1/4 inch male NPT (National Pipe Thread) ports. This essential hardware component features a square head design that allows for easy installation and removal using standard wrenches or sockets, providing superior grip and torque application compared to slotted plugs.

Key Features:

  • 1/4 inch MNPT (Male National Pipe Thread) for standard pipe fitting applications
  • Square head design provides positive engagement and prevents rounding during installation
  • Durable construction for long-lasting, leak-free performance
  • Ideal for blocking off unused ports in automotive, marine, and industrial fluid systems
  • Direct replacement for OE specifications

This pipe plug is commonly used in hydraulic systems, air brake lines, fuel systems, and coolant passages where a reliable seal is required. The square head configuration makes it particularly useful in tight spaces where conventional hex plugs may be difficult to access.

Amazing prices, cheapest I could find anywhere. Only down side is the shipping is more than it should be.

I was looking for KC lights for my jeep, not only CI they have just the ones I was looking for, they were half the price of any local auto shop! Shipping costs were very low to. Thanks!

I bought a set of 3 MSD Ignition coils for my 2001 Impala LS 3.8 and I am very impressed and satisfied with my purchase. I got an email right away stating what I purchased and within a day or two I recieved a shipping confirmation. My ignition coils arrived fast and I had no problem with the coils been bad or broken. The coils are awesome. There is a significant difference between my old ones and these 3 new ones. The car is very responsive to the accelerator and as stated in the MSD website, the car gained some horsepower. I don't have to press the accelerator in that much to gain the power I need. I'm impressed overall.

Ok so far.

Great product and half the price of any one else I've shopped would recommend this to everyone.

autoplicity has the lowest price and fast service .I will definitely use autoplicity for my next auto parts purchase

At first I did not expect Autoplicity to even carry this part, but in fact they did. Placed the order and I received the part quickly. They were the cheapest for the part after searching nearly everywhere. Will order from them again.<br>Order #8334

Easy to purchase online.Would buy from again. Fast shipping.

I ordered the Truxport tonneau cover for my Nissan Frontier. I am very happy with Autoplicity, they have the best price by far on this product, and they promptly sent me an email when it was shipped.....the ONLY thing I wish they would have done but didn't is to include a tracking number. I think the reason they didn't include it is that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer, but they did give me the tracking number when I called and asked for it. Overall a very positive experience

Great prices and very quick shipping! Thanks
