Cusco 957 540 A Strut Bar Type OS Front Strut Tower Brace

The Cusco Type OS is one of the most popular and iconic strut tower braces in the Cusco lineup. Constructed from a high-strength aluminum oval tubular shaft with a high-polish finish, this front strut bar bridges the two front strut towers to reduce chassis flex and improve handling balance under hard cornering and aggressive driving.

The Type OS is available in two structural designs to suit each specific application — Type 1 (pressed ribbed) for added surface rigidity, and Type 2 (sectioned) for optimized strength distribution. Cusco engineers have predetermined the correct design variant for each vehicle platform, ensuring the ideal fit and performance for your application.

Key Features:

• Lightweight, high-rigidity aluminum oval tubular shaft with polished finish
• Two construction variants: pressed ribbed (Type 1) and sectioned (Type 2)
• End plates finished in signature Cusco blue anodized coating
• Connects the front strut towers to minimize chassis flex and reduce body roll
• Improves steering response and cornering stability
• Includes all required mounting hardware for installation
• Bolt-on installation with standard hand tools — no cutting or modification required

The Cusco Type OS strut bar is an excellent chassis upgrade for performance-minded drivers looking to sharpen handling response. The simple bolt-on design makes it accessible for both experienced builders and DIY enthusiasts alike.
