The ARP 240-3001 is a high-performance cylinder head stud kit designed for demanding engine applications. These studs are manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel and heat-treated to deliver exceptional clamping force and reliability under extreme conditions.

Installation Notes:

Always follow ARP's torque specifications and use ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant or moly-based lubricant for proper installation. Studs should be installed finger-tight into the block, then torqued in three equal steps using a crossing pattern to ensure even clamping pressure across the head gasket. Allow the engine to go through several heat cycles, then re-torque to specification.
