Cusco 460 003 AL Radiator Cooling Plate Aluminum

The Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate is an aerodynamic enhancement designed to maximize radiator efficiency by directing airflow through the radiator core rather than allowing it to escape over the top. During high-performance driving, air naturally takes the path of least resistance through the gap between the radiator and upper support, reducing cooling effectiveness. This aluminum plate seals that gap, forcing maximum airflow through the radiator fins for improved heat dissipation.

Key Features:

• Lightweight aluminum construction for durability without added weight
• Signature Cusco blue anodized finish
• Direct bolt-on installation using standard hand tools
• Reduces coolant temperatures during track sessions and sustained high-speed driving
• Helps prevent overheating by optimizing airflow efficiency
• Precision-engineered fitment for quick installation

This cooling plate is an essential upgrade for performance enthusiasts who demand consistent temperatures under demanding conditions. By eliminating the airflow bypass gap, the Cusco Radiator Cooling Plate ensures your cooling system operates at peak efficiency when it matters most.
