Wilwood 200-9616 Thermlock Brake Caliper Piston 1.38" x 0.88"

The Wilwood 200-9616 Thermlock brake caliper piston is a high-performance replacement piston designed to significantly reduce heat transfer in demanding braking applications. Measuring 1.38 inches in diameter with a 0.88-inch depth, this piston fits specific Wilwood brake calipers.

Key Features:

• Exclusive Thermlock multi-part design reduces heat transfer by at least 25 percent
• Stainless steel heat shield and coated aluminum shell construction
• Prevents seal crystallization and localized brake fluid boiling
• Reduces caliper body and piston bore distortion for extended service life
• Precision engineered for Wilwood brake calipers
• 1.38-inch diameter x 0.88-inch depth dimensions

This innovative piston design creates an effective thermal barrier between the brake pads and caliper body, protecting critical seals and brake fluid from excessive heat. By maintaining lower operating temperatures, the Thermlock piston helps preserve braking performance and extends the overall life of your brake system components.
