Emerson Flow Control (Alco) Oil Separator

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) Oil Separator is a refrigeration oil separator for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It is installed in the compressor discharge line. It removes oil from the hot discharge gas and returns it to the compressor crankcase. This helps keep the compressor lubricated and keeps oil out of the rest of the system.

Key Features:

• Separates oil from discharge gas and returns it to the compressor, which helps protect the compressor from oil starvation
• Helps keep oil out of the condenser and evaporator, which supports heat transfer efficiency
• Weld (ODF) connections for a permanent, leak-resistant joint in the discharge line
• Made by Emerson Flow Control (Alco), a long-established brand in refrigeration controls

Use this oil separator in systems that need better oil management. These include systems with long line runs, low-temperature operation, or multiple compressors. Choose the model that matches your system's line size and capacity.
