Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 066139 Oil Separator 1-3/8" ODF Weld Connection

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 066139 is a high-efficiency oil separator designed for refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This component removes oil from refrigerant vapor to ensure proper system lubrication and optimal heat transfer efficiency. The separator features a 1-3/8" ODF (Outside Diameter Flare) weld connection for permanent installation in refrigeration circuits.

Key Features:

• 1-3/8" ODF weld connections for secure, leak-free installation
• Efficient oil separation ensures proper oil return to the compressor
• Reduces oil carryover to evaporator coils, improving system efficiency
• Durable steel construction for long-term reliability
• Suitable for commercial refrigeration and HVAC applications
• Designed for use with various refrigerant types

Oil separators are essential in refrigeration systems to prevent excessive oil from circulating through the evaporator and condenser, which can reduce heat transfer capacity and system performance. This Alco unit provides reliable oil separation and return, helping to maintain proper compressor lubrication and extend system life.
