Doug's Headers 304 Stainless Steel J-Bend Exhaust Tube

The Doug's Headers 304 Stainless Steel J-Bend Exhaust Tube is a pre-formed exhaust bend for custom exhaust fabrication, header building and exhaust system modification. Each J-bend (also called a U-bend or 180-degree bend) is made from 304 stainless steel. It lets fabricators make tight directional changes in exhaust tubing without bending the pipe themselves.

Key Features:

• 304 stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion from exhaust gases and the elements.
• Mandrel-bent J-shape keeps the tube round through the bend for smooth exhaust flow.
• Suited to custom work such as racing exhaust systems, custom street exhaust systems, header fabrication and crossovers.
• Weldable stainless tubing can be trimmed to length and fitted into your project.
• Doug's Headers quality: the company has been building exhaust products for performance and racing since 1958.

Several tube diameters are available in this line, so you can match the bend to the rest of your exhaust build. Check the individual part listing for exact dimensions.
