Product Details

The Doug's Headers H6905 is a premium J-bend exhaust tube constructed from 304 stainless steel, designed for custom exhaust fabrication and header installations. This mandrel-bent tube features a 1-5/8 inch diameter, providing smooth exhaust flow without the restrictions common in crush-bent alternatives.

Key Features:

  • 304 stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance and longevity
  • 1-5/8 inch (1.625") outside diameter tubing
  • Mandrel-bent J-bend design maintains consistent wall thickness and internal diameter
  • Ideal for custom exhaust systems, header collectors, and exhaust modifications
  • Professional-grade tubing suitable for welding and fabrication

This J-bend tube is perfect for building custom exhaust systems, modifying headers, or repairing existing exhaust components. The 304 stainless steel material offers excellent heat resistance and will not rust like mild steel alternatives, making it ideal for both street and performance applications.

This was my first order through autoplicity but I doubt it's my last. They had the best price by far on the K & N air filter I was looking for. The price was right, the filter was packed well, and the shipping was fast. No hassle transaction. Great job autoplicity!

It is the way all on-line purchases should go. I got the item in 2 days, even before the email that it had shipped! Only negative is that the shipping cost was 35% the item cost. But it was still less that others with "free" shipping.

Right item, right price !

This was my first time shopping with Autoplicity after finding them on a froogle.com (google shopping) search for low priced Hawk brake pads. The shopping experience was great, checkout was smooth, and the prices were unbeatable. I only give five stars for perfect experiences, and this was almost there. My only gripe is the order was placed on Friday and not shipped until Tuesday, with the shipping confirmation email going out Wednesday. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon same/next day shipping and instant notifications. It would seem the notification issue could be fixed easily... Thanks Autoplicity - I'll be back!

I've thought about this...Better communication would be a plus. However, the shipping is quick and I did get an email telling me my product was shipped. I purchased window visors for my '07 Silverado. I will do business with Autoplicity again.

Great prices and prompt shipping
