TBC Arctic Claw Winter WXI Studless Winter Tire

The TBC Arctic Claw Winter WXI is a studless winter tire for drivers who need reliable traction in snow, slush and ice. It is built for passenger cars, CUVs, SUVs and light-duty pickup trucks. The tire is also studdable, so optional metal studs can be added for extra grip on freezing rain, sleet and wet ice.

Key Features:

• Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) rated: Meets the severe snow service requirements of the USTMA and the Rubber Association of Canada.
• Winter tread compound: Stays flexible in freezing temperatures to help with grip, handling and wear.
• Wide tread grooves: Help the tire grip in snow and slush.
• High-density siping: Many sipes add biting edges that help with braking and cornering on ice- and snow-covered roads.
• Asymmetric tread design with large tread elements: Keeps the tire in steady contact with the road for responsive, stable steering.
• Reinforced construction: Light truck and SUV sizes use a stronger steel belt construction for greater load durability.
• Comfortable ride: The close contact between tread and road helps reduce road vibration.

The Arctic Claw Winter WXI replaces the Arctic Claw Winter TXI and XSI. It gives drivers of passenger vehicles, SUVs and light trucks a dependable winter tire for cold-weather commuting and travel.
